Medivia Health Group has been implementing and continuously improving its quality management system across all processes since 2012, with a focus on patient safety, satisfaction, and sustainable quality.
Medivia Health Group's Quality Management System practices were implemented in 2012 and structured to cover all clinical and administrative processes of the organization. By combining the requirements of modern medicine with a patient satisfaction-oriented service approach, our institution steadily advances toward sustainable quality objectives through this system.
Quality Management Structure
Quality processes are carried out under the coordination of the General Directorate, and the structure has been strengthened by appointing Department Quality Representatives responsible for quality activities in each unit. All quality processes within Medivia Health Group are conducted in an integrated manner. Performance criteria have been defined for each process, and these criteria are evaluated regularly to measure and improve service quality.
Process Management and Risk Analysis
Detailed risk analyses have been conducted for all primary and sub-processes throughout the institution, and risk plans have been established. Measures taken to prevent potential disruptions in processes are periodically monitored. Through these analyses, it is aimed to ensure that service delivery is fast, safe, and error-free.
Meeting and Feedback Culture
Regular quality evaluation meetings held in each department provide a platform to address topics such as process plans, workflows, staff training, patient satisfaction, time and cost management. These meetings enable the implementation of actions that contribute to the sustainability of quality.
Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement
Internal quality audits are conducted at regular intervals to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the system. The findings obtained are transformed into improvement plans in line with our quality policies.
