Guest Relations: Every Patient Matters
Our guest relations team is divided into two groups: Outpatient and Inpatient teams.
Outpatient Team welcomes patients arriving at the hospital, guides them, and accompanies them if needed.
Inpatient Team is responsible for the comfort of patients staying in the hospital, taking care of them personally throughout their admission until discharge.
Thanks to a personalized experience planned for each patient, our patients can reach out directly to our team whenever they need support on any matter.
Hospitality Services
Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in the hospital 24/7, including:
Daily room checks and cleaning after patient discharge,
Collection and disposal of waste,
Cleaning of outpatient clinics and common areas, all handled meticulously.
